All sourced sweaters and fabric have been machine washed and dried, and wool items have been worsted. However sometimes natural fibers can be tricksy. I recommend hand-washing in cold water and laying flat to dry or dry cleaning. If you are feeling bold, wash in the washing machine on cold and lay flat to dry, but know additional shrinkage is possible.
All of my pieces are constructed to last through years of adventures - either woodland or urban. Deconstruction and reassembly are at the heart of my clothing design. I love frayed edges and unexpected elements. So while you might experience minor changes, the core of each garment is built to last.
If you are like me and you often find yourself running through the woods in the dark, you might snag your coat or put holes in it. I encourage you to add a new patch or darn it with contrasting yarn and enjoy the latest addition to your one-of-a-kind garment.
